   Yes. You can send me scanned digital versions of your photos, or mail physical copies for me to scan and restore.

Process & Submission

1. How do I send you my photos?
   You can upload scanned photos via email to mick@mpsimagery.com. For physical photos I will provide safe mailing instructions.

2. What file formats do you accept?
   We accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and PDF. For best results, high-resolution scans are recommended (300 DPI or higher).

3. What if I don’t have a scanner?
   You can use a smartphone to take a clear photo of the image. I also accept mailed-in originals, which I can scan professionally.

4. Is it safe to mail my original photos?
   Yes. I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. I handle all originals with the utmost care and return them promptly.

1. How much does photo restoration cost?
   Pricing depends on the level of damage and restoration required. Basic restorations start at £10, while complex restorations are quoted individually.

2. Do you offer free estimates?
   Yes! Upload your photo, and I will provide a free, no-obligation quote within 24 hours.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
   I accept online bank transfer.

1. How long does restoration take?
   Typical turnaround is 2–5 business days, depending on complexity. A fast time service is available for an additional fee.

2. How will I receive my restored photo?
   You will receive a high-resolution digital file via email or download link. I can also provide printed copies upon request for an additional fee.

3. Will my restored photo be print-ready?
   Yes, I provide high-resolution images suitable for printing at various sizes.
